At the feet of the only One who can make sense of it all. That is the only place to find balance when life throws you nothing but extremes.

It leaves you at the cross where you will unload the sorrow, praise the rejoicing and wait for Him to pour His strength, grace and love over you for whatever is next. You can't carry the sorrow, you can't horde the joy and you can't depend on your self - this is a cycle of Him pouring in and you pouring out onto others. You are more than a nurse - you are His love in action. You are in a place to witness His glory -often daily. Thank you for sharing that with us.

There is no other blog that I read that can make me laugh, weep, and cry out to the Lord - sometimes all in the same post.

Your blog keeps me on my toes and keeps my heart full of prayers. A constant reminder to count my blessings and to remember - and pray for - those that have lost hope.

Blessings to you as you do His work.

Ali, I read this about 10 minute after you posted it and yet I couldn't respond. Really, I still can't. I just know that I'm so looking forward to meeting you next month and giving you a hug. I appreciate so much all that you do in the name of all that we Christian's hold as something we spire to. Love you.
