Absolutely gorgeous! Great job and what a blessing to your "sister" . Question, would you mind sharing the sparking white sangria recipe? I'm hosting a ladies brunch on Saturday and that looks super yummy! Thank you!
The only reason I would hesitate to share is because it was so easy that I'm going to look like a slacker!
It's just sparkling white wine (I used some cheap-o $5 bottles from Trader Joe's), fresh peaches, kiwi fruit and raspberries. Chop up the peaches and kiwi, plop them all in the pitcher and let them 'soak' in there for about 2 hours.
That's it!
If you want it a bit sweeter, you could mix it with a little white grape juice.
Another brunch-y thing I made for the shower was a zucchini-basil mini quiche - no crust or anything, super simple to put together! The recipe I used is here: http://www.thekitchn.com/thekitchn/breakfast/makeahead-recipe-crustless-miniquiches-125509
Hi! Would you mind giving more info on your onesie decorating station? Those look amazing and I'm wondering if the guests drew the images or you had pre cut appliqués?
Thanks!
I collected a bunch of pictures from around the internet of different appliqued onesies and had those as inspiration. We all made our own designs and used Heat n Bond and scraps of fabrics from craft stores and thrift stores (you can get some AWESOME patterns in the vintage section!). For the really non-crafty people, I had some stencils and even cookie cutters that they could trace ... that seemed to help the ones who didn't really know where to start.
Hello! Just came across this great blog post. Am planning to host a baby shower for a friend and absolutely love your wish card idea. Would you be kind enough to share the template with me? Many thanks!
