Continuing to hold you all in my daily prayers. Love and hugs to you. Rest easy in God's embrace. No matter how uncertain and scary and sad -- He carries us. Always.

Hi Ali,

I've been following your blog for quite a while (maybe since Mercy Ships was on 60 minutes?). I'm a nursing student planning to work in pediatrics, hopefully with at least one trip with Mercy Ships. I've been so blessed to read your blog occasionally and just wanted to come out of lurking and say that I'll be praying for your transition to this new chapter with Ethan. My cousin has a young child with severe CP, and it was playing and loving him that originally pushed me into nursing. The world of a special needs child is so very different (You've probably heard of the comparison between Holland and Italy), but it is beautiful, too.

In Christian Love,
Annina
